What is Life Coaching?

Is Life Coaching a therapy?
No! Life Coaching focuses on the things in your life that are working and generally tries to enhance the aspects that get you positive results and magnifies them.

Is there any thing I need to have done before I start?
Nothing apart from having an understanding of motivation, self belief and self discipline and willingness to change. To use pain as a motivator to change what you are unhappy about in your life, believe that you deserve happiness deep down inside yourself, are willing to commit to the process and can suspend your limiting beliefs long enough to see life from a different view point.
What are one to one sessions like?
In a one to one Ralph Quinlan Forde will bring you through a structure that he has developed for pin pointing what you are brilliant at, love doing and all the things the bring excellent results into your life. Through this structure you bring to your awareness what you actually want from life rather than pleasing everybody else.
How many sessions does it require?
On average it is recommended that you sign up for a minimum of four sessions in order to reap the long lasting benefits. You have spent a long time being the way that you are so it will take four sessions to define what you want from life and design a method of how to manifest it.
